CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot Admin)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with our operational needs
• Design and implement automated marketing workflows to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement
• Analyze data and deliver insights on client interactions, campaign success, and lead generation effectiveness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted communications based on client behavior and preferences
• Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and features to leverage new capabilities for the firm
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a strong focus on HubSpot
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• HubSpot certification(s) preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience in the legal sector is a plus but not mandatory
• Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
