Job Description

Your Role

SolarWinds Administrator with expertise in NPM, NCM, NTA and SAM modules

Installation of various modules in SolarWinds

Applying upgrade/hotfix as per the requirement

Addition, removal and maintenance of servers and services in SolarWinds.

Requirement gathering and interaction with client and understanding client needs.

Creation/modification of alerts to notify responsible teams for issues related to their systems

Configuring and scheduling reports for various applications as per the requirement.

Troubleshooting errors and configuration issues majorly related to monitoring of the network.

Creating custom views/dashboards for the application teams as per the requirement.

Creation of SOPs, documentation, processes and procedures for SolarWinds

Your Profile

SolarWinds Module NPM; SAM & WPM administration; configuration; troubleshooting; maintaining

Configure and customize SolarWinds and Dynatrace tooling systems to meet organizational requirements Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of the tooling systems

Proven experience managing and administering SolarWinds and Dynatrace tooling systems

Creating custom views/dashboards for the application teams as per the requirement.

Creation of SOPs, documentation, processes and procedures for SolarWinds
