Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out operation and maintenance of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems
Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and performance checks of solar modules and inverters
Diagnose and repair electrical and system faults
Maintain daily generation and maintenance logs
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for service updates and site reporting
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance at all times

Key Skills & Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics (preferred)
Working knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical components
Hands-on experience in wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites
Good communication and problem-solving skills
