As a Sales Manager for a Solar Energy company, your primary roles and responsibilities include: - Demonstrating a sound understanding of solar technology and its working principles - Engaging in sales and marketing activities to promote solar products effectively - Utilizing computer skills for data analysis, presentations, and communication purposes - Showcasing excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders - Implementing strategies for Business-to-Customer (B2C) sales - Conducting field sales and managing a team effectively - Developing and executing sales planning to achieve targets - Generating leads through various channels including emails and promotions - Collaborating with dealers to enhance sales opportunities - Overseeing and managing operations efficiently - Proficiency in MS Power Point and MS Word for creating impactful presentations and documents.
