As a highly motivated and sharp-minded Field Sales Engineer in the solar industry, your role involves driving lead generation and engaging with potential customers. You will identify and approach potential customers, understand their requirements, present suitable solutions, explain the benefits of solar systems, and work towards achieving sales targets through effective negotiation. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends, conduct field visits, maintain accurate sales records, and report progress to the management. Your key responsibilities include: - Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers to promote solar products and solutions. - Customer Engagement: Meet with customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions. - Technical Consultation: Explain solar system benefits, feasibility, and installation process. - Negotiation & Closing Deals: Work towards achieving sales targets through effective negotiation. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Field Visits: Travel to client locations, conduct site inspections, and provide on-ground support. - Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and report progress to the management. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE) is required. - Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in sales. - Skills: Excellent communication, customer interaction, and problem-solving skills. - Mindset: Smart, proactive, and eager to learn. - Mobility: A bike is required for field visits. - Preferred: Basic knowledge of solar technology and industry trends is a plus.,
