As a Solar Sales Consultant at our growing solar installation company, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, providing them with information about our solar products, and guiding them towards making informed decisions regarding solar energy solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting with customers both in-store and at site locations to understand their solar needs - Offering detailed information about our company's equipment and various solar systems - Demonstrating the functionality of our solar products in real-world scenarios - Gathering necessary information to accurately assess the customers" solar requirements - Selecting the most appropriate solar energy products and systems tailored to each customer's needs - Creating customized energy packages for large-scale solar installations - Providing customers with comprehensive quotes, sales orders, shipping details, and tax credit information - Delivering post-sales support through courtesy calls and site visits - Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on quotes and complete sales order paperwork - Proactively generating leads for acquiring new accounts To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing - Prior experience working as a solar sales consultant - Profound knowledge of solar equipment and installation processes - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers - Professional demeanor and a friendly attitude - Ability to simplify technical information for easy understanding - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours - Basic proficiency in sales and office software tools This is a full-time position that requires your presence in person at the work location.
