Role Summary:

Lumbyn Energy is looking for experienced, hands-on State Heads to lead business growth and end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects in Bihar and Jharkhand. This role is ideal for professionals who have executed rooftop solar EPC projects on ground and can independently manage sales, execution, vendors, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Business & Revenue Ownership

- Own city-level targets: leads → site visits → proposals → closures

- Develop business through referrals, RWAs, builders, SMEs, hospitals, schools, factories, offices

- Maintain sales pipeline and ensure timely closures

- Act as the local face of Lumbyn

B. End-to-End Project Execution

- Conduct site surveys (structure, shadow, feasibility, sizing)

- Coordinate system design and BOQ finalisation

- Manage installers and contractors

- Ensure quality standards in mounting, cabling, earthing, SPD, inverter installation

- Oversee commissioning and handover

C. DISCOM & Documentation

- Handle net-metering process end-to-end

- Coordinate with DISCOM officials and vendors

D. Vendor & Partner Management

- Build and manage local installers, fabricators, electricians, suppliers

- Negotiate rates and ensure quality & timelines

E. Customer Experience

- Single point of ownership for customers

- Ensure transparency and issue resolution

- Drive referrals

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

- 3–10 years experience in Rooftop Solar EPC

- Strong knowledge of on-grid systems, site surveys, BOQ, net-metering

- Ability to manage vendors and field teams

- Hindi communication required; basic English preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with Tata Solar / Tata Solaroof, Waaree Solar, Adani Solar, Vikram Solar, RenewSys, Luminous, Sungrow, Huawei, Growatt, SMA, Fronius

- Experience with commercial / SME rooftop solar projects
