Job Description: Solar PV Installer (Gorakhpur) Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh Coverage Area: Within ~50 km radius of Gorakhpur including Deoria, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Siddharth Nagar, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, and Gorakhpur. Role Overview:We are looking for a committed Solar PV Installer who will be responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants. The candidate will work on sites within the Gorakhpur region and nearby districts. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Assist in installation of solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling, and BOS components. Perform site preparation, layout marking, module mounting, and electrical connections as per standards. Support in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of solar PV systems. Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools and equipment at installation sites. Coordinate with the project engineer and team for timely completion of installations. Travel to assigned project sites within the coverage districts. Requirements: Requirements:ITI/Diploma/Graduate (Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant fields preferred). Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic understanding of electrical work or solar installation will be an advantage. Physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork and working at heights. Willingness to travel across Gorakhpur and nearby districts. Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills. Additional Details:Training and on-site guidance will be provided by the company.
