Solar PV Installer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Installation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing solar PV system installations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient implementation across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. * Key Responsibilities:Conduct site surveys and technical assessments for solar PV installations * Design solar systems based on site conditions and client requirements Should be capable of analysing roof space and design pergola and GI structures based on panel size. * Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials * Supervise and execute installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical connections * Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, engineering standards, and local codes * Perform system testing, commissioning, and handover to clients * Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after installation * Prepare project documentation including drawings, reports, and checklists * Coordinate with DISCOM teams and internal departments for successful project completion * Provide on-site technical support and customer guidance when required * Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar PV system installation (Rooftop or Ground-Mounted) * Good understanding of solar components (PV modules, inverters, DC/AC wiring, protection devices) * Ability to read electrical drawings and handle installation tools * Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills * Willingness to travel to installation sites as needed * Knowledge of safety procedures and installation best practices We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Installation Engineer to join our team.
