Job Description

Solar Project Manager

Key Skills Required:

Project Management (preferably in Solar or Renewable Energy)
Procurement & Vendor Management
Site Coordination & Remote Supervision
Team Handling & Subcontractor Management
Strong Communication & Reporting Skills
Basic knowledge of solar system components and installation process
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Project Management Tools

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily activities of multiple solar project sites across India from a central location.
Oversee procurement and logistics ensure timely supply of materials and equipment to sites.
Identify and onboard installers, subcontractors, and labor teams as per project requirements.
Liaise with site engineers and contractors to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, reports, and administrative records.
Collaborate with internal teams for budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure quality and safety compliance at all project stages.
Provide regular updates and reports to management.
