Job Description

We are hiring a Construction Manager to oversee and manage two recently awarded government tender projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with government contracting, billing procedures, and in-depth knowledge of CPWD and State PWD guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
• Act as the main point of contact between client, consultants, and our team (as contractor).
• Maintain daily work records and ensure proper back-office documentation.
• Handle billing routines and ensure adherence to government norms.
• Ensure compliance with CPWD and respective State guidelines.

Requirements:

• B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil.
• 35 years of experience in government construction projects.
• Strong grasp of CPWD and State PWD standards.
• Experience in billing, site coordination, and tender compliance.
