Job Description

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily operations of solar power plants or PV systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor system performance using SCADA and other software tools
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with EPC teams during construction and commissioning phases
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, warranties, and contractual obligations
  • Lead a team of technicians and subcontractors for field operations
  • Analyse performance data and implement strategies for efficiency and cost reduction
  • Interface with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related technical field
  • 5–10 years of experience in power plant operations, with at least 3 years in solar
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Complete knowledge of solar PV systems, grid integration, and energy forecasting
  • Experience with remote monitoring tools and data analytics
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and ISO standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
