Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of Solar Installation Engineers and Technicians across multiple sites.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources for timely project execution.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with installation quality, safety standards, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with clients, DISCOM officials, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve on-ground challenges, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and update management on timelines and milestones.
• Responsible for the full project cycle — from generating and converting leads for solar installation services, to supervising end-to-end execution, ensuring timely completion, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
• Support in operation & maintenance (O&M) activities, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Train and mentor engineers/technicians to improve skills, discipline, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• M.Tech / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (higher qualification preferred).
• 5–8 years of proven experience in solar installation projects, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (Rooftop & Ground-mounted), inverters, BOS, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.
• Must own a 2-wheeler + valid driving license (frequent site visits may be required).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
