Roles and responsibilities: Adhere to 3 Phase Billing & Collection Day-wise scheduled by closely monitoring the Bill Collector's and Meter Reader's day-to-day activity. Compile and update billing & collection reports daily. Identify Low-performing MBC staff and take necessary actions for improvement of their performance. Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar activities of Meter Reading, Billing & Collection, with exposure to working on computer. Must be local to Jagatsinghpur or Paradeep or Kendrapada.
