Job Title: Helper

Location in Odisha: Cuttack

Job Type: 100% Field Work (Onsite)

Qualifications

• Must have completed 10th/ITI (Electrician / Electronics / Wireman).
• Prior experience in construction/electrical/solar projects preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, safety procedures and PPE.
• Physical fitness to work at heights (rooftop installations) and outdoor conditions.
• Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

Skills Required

• Willingness to learn basic solar installation tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Awareness of safety practices at site.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry and arrange solar panels, structures, cables, and tools at the site.
• Assist technicians in panel mounting and alignment.
• Support in basic wiring work (handing tools, holding cables, etc.).
• Clean solar panels and help in routine operation & maintenance.
• Ensure proper site cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Follow instructions from the Technician/Site Engineer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
