Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd., a part of Kapil Group, is a leading EPC provider for GRID and OFF GRID Solar Photovoltaic Projects in India. Since its inception in 2014, the company has facilitated EPC for Solar Projects totaling over 25MW and is targeting 100MW capacity in the near future. Kapil Power handles the Design, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of solar systems on a Turnkey Basis. Additionally, the company engages in Electro-Mechanical Works for industrial buildings and IT Parks.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kadapa, Anantapur, Kurnool, Medak, Nalgonda, Mehboob Nagar, Tirupati for a Solar Consultant. The Solar Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on solar power systems, generating leads for new projects, and maintaining strong communication and customer service. The role will involve assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the engineering team to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Solar Industry and knowledge of Solar Power systems
• Skills in Lead Generation and Communication
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Capability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in EPC projects is a plus
