Solar Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Drive online sales of solar and battery systems by engaging strategically with prospects through phone calls, emails, and live chats to deliver personalized energy solutions and achieve consistent sales targets.
• Perform in-depth analysis of self-generated leads and implement data-driven sales strategies to maintain a high conversion rate through timely and targeted follow-ups.
• Manage the complete rebate application lifecycle for Solar VIC, ensuring accurate documentation, submission, and proactive tracking for faster approval processes.
• Re-engage dormant and aged leads through structured cold-calling campaigns, successfully converting inactive prospects into active clients.
• Collect post-installation customer feedback and referrals, enhancing brand reputation, increasing customer retention, and supporting organic lead generation.
  

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound calling or lead generation experience (preferably in international/Australian processes)
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in B2B lead generation is a strong plus
