Position Purpose:

To develop, build, and manage a strong client base of corporate accounts and drive business growth for Indus Powers’ product range, including UPS systems, inverters, stabilizers, batteries, and solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a client base of corporate and institutional customers.
  • Drive sales and business development for Corporate UPS, Inverters, Batteries, Solar & Renewable Energy Systems.
  • Generate new enquiries, references, and business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Meet clients, identify requirements, and ensure technical and service satisfaction.
  • Maintain and analyse market trends and provide management insights.
  • Handle product demonstrations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Lead sales initiatives and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Participate in sales planning, forecasting, and execution of quarterly targets.
  • Attend sales meetings and contribute to product and customer discussions.

Key Skills:

  • Graduate/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) or MBA
  • 2+ years of experience in similar industries
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and strategic mindset
  • Understanding of solar, electrical, and electronics systems
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and aligned with organisational goals
