🌞 About the Role

Project Coordinator (Asset Monitoring / Project)

If you love data-driven problem solving, understand how solar plants operate, and enjoy coordinating between control rooms and field teams — this is your opportunity to grow with one of India’s fast-emerging renewable energy companies.

⚡ What You’ll Do

Monitor SCADA dashboards, alarms, and daily generation reports.
Analyze performance (PR, generation, downtime) and prepare RCA reports.
Coordinate with O&M and vendor teams for issue resolution.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and ensure data quality.
Support preventive maintenance planning and compliance.
Suggest improvements to monitoring systems and workflows.

🎓 What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy or equivalent.
2–6 years’ experience in Solar Project, solar plant operations, asset monitoring, or SCADA systems.
Strong Excel & data analysis skills (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
Understanding of inverters, transformers, strings, and metering systems.
Clear communication and problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to travel for site coordination.
