About the Role

Quality Analysts / Software Testers

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and create effective

  test plans, scenarios, and test cases

  .
• Perform

  manual and automated testing

  to identify bugs and ensure product quality.
• Conduct

  functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing

  .
• Report and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely fixes.
• Ensure the product meets business and user requirements before release.
• Collaborate with development, product, and design teams for quality improvements.
• Prepare clear and detailed

  test reports and documentation

  .
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and QA methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  and

  Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

  .
• Familiarity with

  manual testing

  practices and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello, etc.).
• Understanding of

  automation testing tools

  (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Appium, etc.) preferred.
• Good knowledge of

  test case design, execution, and defect reporting

  .
• Knowledge of

  database testing

  using SQL queries.
• Excellent

  analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  .

Eligibility

• Freshers:

  Basic knowledge of testing concepts, good logical reasoning, and willingness to learn.

• Experienced (1–6+ years):

  Hands-on experience in manual and/or automation testing with a proven record in ensuring product quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science / IT / Engineering

  preferred, but not mandatory for skilled candidates.

Salary Range

• Freshers:

  ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA

• Experienced:

  ₹6 LPA – ₹14 LPA (depending on skills, expertise, and location)
