Job Description

As a Software Tester at our company, you will be an integral part of our team, working on new and exciting projects to enhance your career growth. Here's what we are looking for: **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle - Review and analyze system specifications - Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results - Create logs to document testing phases and defects - Report bugs and errors to development teams - Help troubleshoot issues - Conduct release and post-implementation testing - Have excellent logical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work well independently - Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to drive change **Qualifications Required:** - 0-2 years proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role - Familiar with Automated and Manual Testing - Proven experience/knowledge in Programming, testing tools and testing methodologies - Hands-on technical experience in testing of software projects - Experience in Logging/Tracking and verifying product defects - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors - Familiar with Software development life cycle - Familiar with preparing and presenting test reports - Exposure to Selenium/RC - Exposure to JIRA, TestRail, or related tools - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus - Excellent communication skills **Additional Company Details:** - Job Type: Full-time - Benefits: Health insurance, Paid sick time, Provident Fund - Schedule: Monday to Friday - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field - Experience: Total work experience of 1 year (Preferred) We are excited to welcome a talented Software Tester like you to our team.,
