Software Tester

As a Software Tester at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough manual and automated testing of software applications, covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Collaborating closely with development teams to grasp project requirements, specifications, and objectives. - Creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using issue-tracking tools. - Analyzing test results, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with developers to resolve problems. - Ensuring that the software meets both functional and performance requirements. - Participating in design and requirement reviews to offer feedback from a testing perspective. - Continuously improving testing processes and contributing to test automation efforts. - Providing clear documentation and reporting of test results and issues to stakeholders. - Assisting in post-release testing and support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Software Tester, QA Tester, or similar role. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Experience with both manual and automated testing tools. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, JIRA, or similar. - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills.,
