Project Lead

The Technical Project Lead will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. It is crucial for you to maintain best practices and coordinate with resources recognizing deadlines and quality of work requirements to successfully complete complex tasks and activities. Your responsibilities will include understanding client new business needs, defining requirements, and working with clients to help architect, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions. You will analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects. Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones is also a key aspect of your role. Regular technical team meetings will be held by you to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects. You will be responsible for determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives. Additionally, you will research and evaluate hardware and software technology options, weigh the cost/benefit analysis, recruit and train exceptional employees, and establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel. As a Technical Project Lead, you will manage the product development and support team, plan, develop, and execute schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones. It is essential to have strong knowledge and experience of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, track project performance, ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Risk management, providing insights for process enhancement, and developing progress reports for leadership and project team members are also part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, 2 to 3 years of project management experience, and a Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution is preferred. Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, and hands-on development experience is required. Experience in Cloud configuration and deployment like Azure, AWS, managing cross-functional teams, agile development, mentoring rising talent, time management, organizational skills, and a teamwork mentality are essential. Nice to have qualifications include working experience in Agile application development methodology, development projects, maintaining relationships with international clients, and knowledge in PC hardware technologies. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with a yearly bonus. Experience required for this role is a total of 5 years, and the work location is in person.
