Position: Software Test Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our suite of products. The role requires expertise across manual and automated testing, stress/load testing, multi-device validation, and AI-driven test tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building comprehensive test strategies, executing test cases, and ensuring our applications meet the highest standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and exploratory testing.
• Conduct stress, performance, and load testing to ensure product stability under scale.
• Implement and manage automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Validate across multiple devices, OS, and browsers using real-device labs or emulators.
• Integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Utilize AI-based testing tools to improve speed, accuracy, and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing methods.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
• Knowledge of stress/load testing tools (JMeter, Locust, Gatling).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
