Software Support Executive

As a Software Handler, you will be responsible for managing and manipulating software applications, ensuring their smooth operation, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest software developments. Key Responsibilities: - Excellent professional English communication (Oral and written) - Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude - Attention to details - Ability to explore applications - Logical thinking - Process-oriented and adherence to compliant processes Role Overview: - Troubleshoot client queries using defined processes and procedures - Coordinate with internal teams to provide resolutions to client queries - Perform root cause analysis and provide correct resolutions to clients - Interview clients Qualifications: - Basic knowledge about software like Blue Octopus, Digital Gold Software, Quicksell, Acme, Busy - Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Proven experience as a Software Handler or in a similar role - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and deployment processes - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications - Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Certifications in relevant technologies and software platforms are a plus The job is full-time and offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
