Software Support Executive at Forensics Guru

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently responding to and resolving client issues and requests.
• Handle escalated client calls and issues with a professional, timely, and proactive approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide specialized support for key clients.
• Ensure regular follow-ups (internally and externally) for all pending client queries and keep clients updated on resolution status.
• Investigate client queries thoroughly and escalate complex issues to the team leader when required.
• Accurately capture and communicate client business requirements to Operations, Product, and Development teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven technical diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supporting .NET projects and good knowledge of SQL Server in custom applications.
• Strong understanding of networking, internet, and Windows operating system administration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and databases.
• Minimum 1+ years of client-facing technical support experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
