Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat.
• Must be able to communicate with programmers.
• Handling client inquiries and providing technical support.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Database maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Test new software updates and provide feedback so that we can improve.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management to ensure a clear understanding of issues and progress.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
• Provide customers with training and guidance on how to effectively use software features.
• Create and promote strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay updated with the latest software updates, features, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of software applications and operating systems.
• Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in the software industry.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Should be proficient in Microsoft office and ERP software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
