Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-line technical support to ERP users via phone, email, or remote access. - Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related queries and guide users step-by-step. - Conduct online/offline training sessions for clients and internal teams. - Configure ERP modules as per training and assist clients with setup or data entry. - Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and user feedback in the support system. - Coordinate with the development team for escalated issues or product improvements. - Ensure a positive and professional client experience at all times.
