Job Overview:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to ERP users via phone, email, or remote access.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related queries and guide users step-by-step.
• Conduct online/offline training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Configure ERP modules as per training and assist clients with setup or data entry.
• Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and user feedback in the support system.
• Coordinate with the development team for escalated issues or product improvements.
• Ensure a positive and professional client experience at all times.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in

  English and Hindi

  .
• Good knowledge of

  MS Excel, Word, and Internet tools

  .
• Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn ERP systems.
• Ability to explain software concepts in simple terms to clients.
