Job Description

About the Role:

Software Solutions Engineer

Solution Design & Engineering:

Design and develop custom software solutions, integrations, and enhancements based on client or business requirements.
Translate customer needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or optimizations.

Technical Pre-Sales & Customer Support:

Support the sales and customer success teams with technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients during the solution evaluation and onboarding phases.
Collaborate with product managers to communicate client needs and influence product roadmap.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work cross-functionally with product, backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions.
Document technical designs, implementation guides, and support materials.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., pre-sales engineer, technical consultant, or solutions architect).
Understanding of SaaS product development or multi-tenant architecture.
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems integration.
