Software Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Understand and articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products you are selling.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service throughout the sales process.

- Generate new leads through networking and cold-calling and follow up on leads provided by marketing.

- Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend the best solutions to meet their needs.

- Prepare quotes and proposals for potential customers, and negotiate pricing and terms as needed.

- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments and share this information with customers and team members.

- Attend trade shows and other events on behalf of the company.

- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on customer needs and market trends.

- Train new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

- Achieve monthly targets for gross margin and contribution to overhead.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

- 3- 5 years of proven sales experience with a solid track record of success

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
