Job Description

  • Identify target market and develop new business opportunities through various methods including cold calling, networking, and discussion with Marketing Team.
  • Conduct compelling and effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
  • Determining a clients business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of Client's systems and processes, and then documenting them
  • Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events.
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems
  • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
  • Advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts
  • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
  • Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
  • Manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals.
  • Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues
  • Coordinate internally with respective stake holders like Product team, tech Support, Finance, Project team to address customer issues/queries.
  • Willing to travel at short notice anywhere in India
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their application in various industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in B2B software product and solution sales in India.
