Job Opening: Door to Door Sales Executive (Kolkata Region)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Door-to-Door Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directly engaging with potential clients, demonstrating our software solutions, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This is a field sales role that requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to explain technical products in simple, relatable terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (businesses, SMEs, or individuals) in assigned areas to promote Ethical Den’s software solutions.
• Conduct engaging presentations and live demonstrations of our software.
• Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Handle objections, answer queries, and negotiate deals effectively.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development.
• Represent Ethical Den with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in direct sales, software sales, or SaaS solutions (preferred).
• Freshers with strong tech interest and excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking.
