Software Sales Consultant

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting

  : Research and reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, set up meetings and follow up proactively.

• Client Meetings & Needs Assessment

  : Meet with prospects to understand their technical/business needs and pain points; gather details to craft suitable solutions.

• Product Presentation & Training

  : Deliver demos/presentations to prospects and internal stakeholders; train and support customers and channel partners.

• After-Sales & Customer Support

  : Assist in installation, address user issues, provide product support, ensure customer satisfaction post sale.

• Sales Strategy & Targets

  : Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies, meet business targets, generate revenue, upsell/cross-sell where possible.

• Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  : Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Keep management informed. Represent the company at events.

• Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement

  : Follow company processes, deadlines, quality standards. Share best practices, take on other sales/marketing tasks as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ Experience in Software Sales and general Sales strategies
• Driving License and vehicle
• Knowledge of Software systems and solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
