Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting : Research and reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, set up meetings and follow up proactively. Client Meetings & Needs Assessment : Meet with prospects to understand their technical/business needs and pain points; gather details to craft suitable solutions. Product Presentation & Training : Deliver demos/presentations to prospects and internal stakeholders; train and support customers and channel partners. After-Sales & Customer Support : Assist in installation, address user issues, provide product support, ensure customer satisfaction post sale. Sales Strategy & Targets : Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies, meet business targets, generate revenue, upsell/cross-sell where possible. Relationship & Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Keep management informed. Represent the company at events. Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement : Follow company processes, deadlines, quality standards. Share best practices, take on other sales/marketing tasks as assigned. Preferred candidate profile 2+ Experience in Software Sales and general Sales strategies Driving License and vehicle Knowledge of Software systems and solutions Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
