Overview As a Senior Software QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the QA team and overseeing the testing of our software products, including Android applications, web applications, and performance testing. You will design and implement automation frameworks, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and efficient testing processes. Responsibilities Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables. Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Android testing, web testing, and performance testing. Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases for various software products. Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure they are met through testing. Perform thorough testing of Android applications, web applications, and performance testing to identify and resolve issues. Analyze test results, report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing and quality assurance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior QA Engineer or Lead QA Engineer. Strong expertise in Android testing, web testing, automation testing, and performance testing. Proficiency in designing and implementing automation frameworks. Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, etc. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and excellence.
