Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Designs complex electronic systems, including hardware and software; develops test plans and validation procedures; analyzes performance data etc.
2. Oversees system integration and ensures compliance with safety standards and regulations etc.
3. Writes technical reports, specifications, schematics, and process documentation etc.
4. Develops comprehensive test strategies and plans; identifies and logs defects; performs regression testing and test automation etc.
5. Monitors process flow and quality control (QC) at various stages of production; analyzes rejection causes and implements corrective actions etc.
6. Creates and maintains detailed documentation, including test plans, cases, results and quality performance reports etc.

Key Skills Required:-

• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components and systems, including the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals, special knowledge in electronic display systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find effective solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail during inspection, testing, and documentation to identify subtle issues and ensure accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with engineers, other technicians, and managers, and for producing clear reports.
• Hands-on expertise in handling, assembling, and repairing components, often involving precise soldering and the use of hand tools.
