Job Title: Software Engineer – Full Stack (Java Spring Boot, VueJS, AWS) Employment Type: Contract Location: Remote Interview Rounds: 2–3 rounds Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer (Contract) with expertise in Java Spring Boot, VueJS, and AWS to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications, working across the entire development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, and responsive applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Spring Boot (Java) and VueJS . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create end-to-end software solutions. Design and implement RESTful APIs and back-end services to support front-end functionality. Build responsive, performant front-end components compatible across browsers and devices. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and AWS services. Utilize AWS Amplify for rapid development, authentication, API integration, and hosting. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth and automated deployments. Integrate AWS tools and services including Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB , etc. Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews . Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs. Maintain documentation and participate in agile rituals (standups, retrospectives, sprint planning). Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot and VueJS . Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and front-end state management tools. Familiar with microservices architecture and MVC design patterns. Experience with Kubernetes , Docker , and cloud-native deployments. Proficiency in REST API design , SQL , and data modeling. Strong understanding of CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, Jenkins). Familiar with AWS services , especially Amplify . Strong grasp of Git , Agile methodologies , and secure coding practices (OWASP). Effective communicator with solid problem-solving abilities. Good to Have: AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification (mandatory in some cases). Experience working with Redux or similar state management libraries. Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack , Babel , etc. Experience writing SQL stored procedures and optimization scripts. Prior exposure to Visual Studio and similar development environments. Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring tools. Show more Show less
