Software Implementation Specialist

Location: Borivali west

Employment Type: Part time

Job Overview

Tally and SAP ERP systems

Implementation & Configuration

Install, configure, and customize software solutions based on client requirements.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Perform system testing, data migration, and validation prior to go-live.
Collaborate with IT teams for software updates, integration with production or inventory management systems, and data backup management.

Process Improvement

Gather client feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and workflows.

Required Skills :

2–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or systems integration.

Proficiency with CRM, ERP (Tally ERP, Inventory Management)
