Job Title: Software Implementation Specialist Location: Borivali west Employment Type: Part time Job Overview The Software Implementation Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Tally and SAP ERP systems . This role serves as the bridge between the client and the development or product teams, ensuring that technical systems are set up effectively and users are trained to maximize value from the software. Implementation & Configuration Install, configure, and customize software solutions based on client requirements. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration. Perform system testing, data migration, and validation prior to go-live. Collaborate with IT teams for software updates, integration with production or inventory management systems, and data backup management. Process Improvement Gather client feedback to identify enhancement opportunities. Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and workflows. Required Skills : 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or systems integration. Proficiency with CRM, ERP (Tally ERP, Inventory Management)
