Role Overview

Specialist Programmer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with architects and product teams to design robust, scalable solutions.
Optimize code for performance, security, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve business challenges.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in full stack
Java / Python / .NET / Node.js
(choose based on your tech stack).
Frontend Technologies Preferred- Angular/React/Javascript
Expertise in
Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns

Hands-on experience with
Microservices Architecture
