You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, scalable front-end applications that power seamless user experiences for our global customers. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, a passion for crafting intuitive interfaces, and a proven track record of delivering complex web applications in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead the front-end architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale ReactJS applications. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to transform complex business requirements into clean and efficient UI solutions. Write well-structured, maintainable, and high-quality code following best practices and modern development standards. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. Required Skills and Qualifications: 9 to 15 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5+ years of deep, hands-on expertise in ReactJS. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. In-depth understanding of React.js workflows such as Redux, Context API, or MobX. Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of front-end logic with backend services. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience in writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot performance issues. Exposure to Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript and component libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI. Understanding of server-side rendering, Next.js, or other React-based frameworks. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
