Expertise in one or more of telemetry pillars (Metrics / Logs / Traces).
Experience working with Opentelemetry is highly desirable.
Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages (Go / Java / Python ) Experience with TSDB is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zones
Excellent communication skills. 'Communicates succinctly to all levels of employees, customers and management (including executives) “Self-starter” attitude and the ability to make decisions independently Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Design/code performant and scalable solutions to collect, process, store and analyze telemetry data.
Drive day to day execution of product feature development.
Actively seek/collect user feedback and iteratively add features to the platform with bias for action.
Ensuring Engineering and Operational excellence of the Observability platform
Works with PM on identifying and measuring business goals in product usage
