We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade software solutions across cloud-native and modernized architectures. This is a hands-on leadership role involving full-stack development, technical strategy, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate will drive scalable solution design while collaborating across engineering, product, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop high-performance systems using React, Node.js, Nest.js, and C#
Lead application modernisation, moving from legacy to microservices-based systems
Design scalable APIs and always-on cloud applications (Azure/AWS)
Oversee DevOps processes using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Docker
Collaborate across teams for system integration, delivery, and quality assurance
Mentor developers and ensure engineering excellence through code reviews
Manage production systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive platform performance

10+ years of hands-on software development experience
