Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement ITSM processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Provide support and training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization
In-depth understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
Experience in ServiceNow Service Mapping and configuration (preferred)
Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
