Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience on the SAP REFX with SAP PS in Support/implementation projects
• Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management
• Job involving lease management in SAP center around the SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) and/or SAP Contract and Lease Management (CLM) modules. These roles are crucial for ensuring compliance with lease accounting standards like IFRS 16
• System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA CLM and RE-FX modules to accurately reflect lease agreement terms and conditions.
• Accounting and Compliance: Ensure all lease accounting activities are compliant with relevant standards (IFRS 16, US GAAP).
• Master Data Management: Manage master data setup, including properties, business partners, rental objects, and lease contracts.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the lease management modules with other core SAP modules like FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Materials Management (MM),
• Process Management: Handle key administrative tasks such as tracking critical dates for renewals and terminations, managing rent adjustments, processing payments, and overseeing sales-based rent calculations.
• Monitor critical dates for renewal and termination notices, rent adjustments, and insurance certifications.
• Ensure lease and contract payments are consistent with the terms of the agreement and handle complex scenarios such as step and free-rent periods.
• Configure and customize SAP PS master data and transactional data, including Project Definitions, WBS structures, networks, and network profiles.
• Solution Design: Develop detailed functional specifications for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow) to meet business requirements.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules, such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales (SD), and Materials Management (MM).
• Project Planning: Assist in creating project plans and provide expertise for scope definition.
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze and map client business requirements to SAP PS processes, ensuring optimal solution design.
