Software Engineer – Server-Side Applications

who excels in building scalable backend solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will work as an individual contributor, developing robust APIs, maintaining server-side components, and ensuring seamless integration with frontend systems. Candidates with exposure to modern UI technologies and CI/CD practices will be preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (Must Have)

Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using

.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ASP.NET Webforms

.Build reliable APIs and server-side components that support high-performance applications.Write, optimize, and maintain

MS SQL Server

objects such as stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries.Ensure high code quality through best practices, debugging, and performance tuning.

Additional Responsibilities (Good To Have)

Work with basic client-side technologies including

JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS

to ensure smooth integration with UI layers.Gain exposure to front-end frameworks such as

Angular

or

React

for better cross-functional collaboration.Understand CI/CD processes and deployment automation tools to support continuous delivery.Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprints, planning, reviews, and daily standups.Apply foundational

UI/UX principles

to improve usability, API behavior consistency, and overall user experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience with:

• NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Web API / ASP.NET Webforms

development and performance tuning
