We are seeking a Software Engineer specializing in SAP CAR with expertise in POS Data Transfer and Audit (POSDTA) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize the POSDTA module in SAP CAR to meet client-specific needs
• Contribute to projects requiring CAR content or data from the HANA environment by analyzing and designing backend solutions
• Deliver operable and sustainable technical solutions integrating applications, infrastructure, data, and business processes
• Lead and coordinate CAR projects and solution implementations with IT demand and regional teams
• Study and review system deployment to identify optimization opportunities for stability and performance
• Monitor system usage and statistics; develop system audit and monitoring units
• Utilize ABAP programming skills to develop custom functionalities and enhancements within SAP CAR
• Develop and maintain HANA Calculation Views for reporting, processing, or data sharing
• Follow SAP roadmap on CAR and HANA to adopt new techniques and functions
• Support Change Management activities including communication, organizational transformation, and training content development
• Support project phases from analysis to production move
• Question existing work processes to support continuous improvement and enhance user experience

Requirements

• Experience with at least 2 implementation cycles involving POS DTA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CAR and HANA DB data modeling
• Strong skills in ABAP programming for SAP CAR enhancements
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate SAP CAR projects
• Experience designing backend solutions aligned with business requirements and IT strategy
• Solid understanding of system deployment, optimization, and performance monitoring
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and process innovation
• English proficiency level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of native HANA development for Calculation Views
• Experience supporting Change Management teams and end-user training
