Key Responsibilities :

HRSD/CSM/ITSM/ITOM/WSD/LSD - Any one Module Mandatory

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  – required or in progress.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

  or other module certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Experience with

  Agile/Scrum

  development methodologies.
• Exposure to

  DevOps pipelines

  ,

  ATF (Automated Test Framework)

  , or

  Performance Analytics

  is a plus
• Design, develop, and configure

  custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations

  within ServiceNow.
• Implement and manage

  ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM

  , or other modules as required.
• Develop and maintain

  catalog items, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflows

  .
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub

  .
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure

  data integrity, security compliance, and best practices

  across the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
