- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex production application defects (ALM Defects)
- Identify root cause and devise and implement permanent solutions to recurring defects
- Support application upgrades / patches
- Support infrastructure maintenance / validations
- Build and maintain application monitoring, optimization and utilization
- Support disaster recovery testing / validation
- Audit support and issue remediation
- Support LOB/operations and adhoc requests
